The admission process* for students in grades three to eight is as follows: -- Family Interview with the Principal -- Registration Fee of $200.00 -- Birth Certificate/ Immunization Record -- Physical Examination – most recent verification -- Report Card from former school/ Request Record Release -- Standardized Test Scores – most recent -- Parental Income Records** - Scholarship determination *Admission/Registration period begins in March of each school year. **Once all paperwork has been submitted and processed, the parents/guardians will be notified of the tuition rate for the current year for their child/ren.
TuitionTuition rates are established by the Catholic Diocese of Memphis. Jubilee Scholarship Awards are based on parent/guardian income. Other scholarship awards may be applied toward school tuition, such as MOST and Blue Streak upon approval from qualifying agents. To determine a student Jubilee Scholarship the following income verification documents are required to determine the scholarship award: - 1040A Tax Form – current year Financial obligations from other Catholic schools should be cleared with a zero balance before a child can be considered for admission to Holy Names of Jesus and Mary School. Payment PoliciesTuition payments are due on the first school day of each month. The payment plan allows for ten payments from August through May. A late fee is applied to accounts not paid by the end of the first week of the month. Policy of Non-DiscriminationHoly Names of Jesus and Mary School will admit students of any race to all rights, privileges, programs and activities accorded or made available to students at our school.
